Project Description
Luxoft sells and delivers a wide range of technology services to B2B buyers around the world. The Portfolio Marketing team are responsible for defining the offering sets and driving go-to-market activities into specific industries and target markets.
We partner with sales, account management and offering leads to define market segments, propositions, differentiators and messaging, and then work with our internal creative teams to build engaging content and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Working with the industry business lead to define the offering propositions and differentiators
- Working with subject matter experts and internal creative teams to produce and publish thought leadership and social media materials
- Defining and managing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, that support the sales cycle through all steps of the buyer journey
- Working with external suppliers to research, promote, coordinate and measure events
- Market research, including identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping buyer journeys
- Researching, preparing, orchestrating and tracking social media campaigns
- Supporting the industry solutions team to create client-facing sales materials and case studies
- Coordinating enablement sessions between subject matter experts and salespeople

Must have
- Must have prior experience in B2B marketing
- Previous experience with IT or working in an IT company is highly desirable
- Previous experience working with the financial services or insurance industry would be beneficial
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Organised and self-motivated to execute tasks and projects
- Good soft skills
- High attention to detail
