Job Description
The successful Senior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for:
- Actively sourcing and screening potential candidates for live vacancies using different recruitment platforms
- Managing recruitment accounts including CV Library and LinkedIn to source for candidates and advertise roles
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Arrange interviews and provide feedback
- Prepare offer and contracts, confirmation letters, communications of contracts and negotiations
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be:
- An established recruitment professional with at least two years within the water industry
- You'll have excellent organisation skills, with the ability to priortise and manage workload effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- IT literate and tech savvy
